Experience ‘a Taste of the Outback’ in the civilisation of Parachilna (population 3), 490kms north of Adelaide.
We are seeking highly motivated, energetic & hard working team members for the forthcoming 2020 season
(March – late October).
The positions will involve servicing an anticipated increase in Hotel Guests, Visitors & Traveller numbers to the Flinders Ranges & Outback to view the QLD floodwaters reaching the Channel Country and Lake Eyre

To assist in the management of our busy kitchen and add innovation & flair to the Restaurant Menu.
Must have demonstrated experience in a fast paced kitchen offering a la Carte service and catering for events and tour groups.
A Passion for creative, seasonal, Australian Bush Cuisine an advantage
Food & Beverage Attendants
RSA & Barista Experience essential | RPA preferred
demonstrated experience at a senior level an advantage
Applicants must bring to the Prairie Team energy, confidence, pride in presentation and a passion for excellence in Customer Service. The successful applicants will also demonstrate an ability to work within a small team, communicating effectively and respectfully with both management & fellow team members.
Shifts may require assistance in other areas of the hotel including housekeeping & kitchen
Conditions of Employment
Must be available Easter, all Public Holiday Weekends & School Holidays
Positions are offered from April – late October with an option to extend.
Enjoy 8 weeks of Summer closure (mid December – mid February)
Accommodation available for a nominal charge | Optus & Telstra 3G available
Meals provided while on duty (conditions apply)
Flexible Roster | | 5 – 6 days per week offering at least 3 days off per fortnight.
