BLINMAN POOLS HIKE
An out/return no charge hike following the Parachilna and Blinman Creeks on Alpana Station. Both spring fed creeks, water is in the first pool all year round, the second pool low in summer, after big rains, can be to 3 meters deep. Some pretty, small waterfalls.

Depart from Angorichina Tourist Village in Parachilna Gorge.

Total walk is 12kms (5 hrs return)

Walk to the1st pool 10km (4 hours return)

Walk from the 1st to 2nd pool 1 km (1 hour return)

Opt to leave vehicle at Angorichina Tourist Village Tourist Village & be transferred by Alpana Station (strictly pre arranged) to top pool and walk out (2.5 hrs)

FERGUSON GORGE HIKE
A gorge through the most stunning parts of privately held Moolooloo Station. The track goes through Hannigans Gap with impressive rock formations, changing landscapes ending at a parking area with a 1.6 km walk to the gorge with rock pools often full of water.

HEYSEN TRAIL HIKE
Out and return from the Heysen Trailhead in Parachilna Gorge is a pleasant amble following the valley between the ABC and Heysen Ranges.
The full section runs to Aroona Hut, 18kms one way.

This is the final (or first) section of the 1200km trail between Cape Jervis on the coast and Parachilna Gorge.
